Darby Vajgrt
Timberwolf Builders carries a Muti-State National Building License with NASCLA, (National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies) which gives the company the ability to build Residential or Commercial in other states besides North Carolina.
Darby Vajgrt is the owner of Timberwolf Builders, Inc. After receiving his Architectural Design degree from California State University in Long Beach in 1995, he worked for an Architectural Firm designing homes and commercial projects throughout the United States. For the last 19 years, as a Design-Build Licensed General Contractor, Darby provides overall planning, complete construction co-ordination, scheduling, management and control of a project from inception to completion aimed at exceeding the client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time within authorized budget cost and exceptional quality standards.
Earlier Years
Before Architectural school, Darby had 12 years of experience working with Wood, Metals, Plastics, Ceramics, Painting, Sculpture, and Welding. Darby was an owner of a cabinet shop before starting Architectural School in 1990. During school he received a scholarship for earning the top portfolio of his junior class in 1992, as an undergraduate for Architecture and Furniture Design. In 1995, after graduating in the top of his Architectural class with honors, he became a furniture designer for next three years while his work was published in numerous Furniture Design magazines. The following three years Darby worked at an Architectural firm in Orange County, CA. where he was designing commercial structures and residential homes. He also did free-lance trade show exhibit design work, building models, designing graphics, electrical, signage, structural connections, modular systems, and marketing and graphic architectural illustration.
